The Service Center is the back-bone of our operations. Our support and maintenance is the gopher of our operations and solutions. The Service Center monitor the integrity and stabilities of pc's and networks to maintain uptime. Our Service Center can help you with:

Network assessment, design, and troubleshooting
Hardware Upgrades
Onsite Service Calls
Software roll-out and Project Management
Server administration and monitoring

As members and partners you may be able to find the answer to your question immediately by using our Online Work Order System.
We will answer your questions in the first-in-first-serve order. However, if the answer to your question has been updated in your order ticket, we may not respond to that immediately. This will shorten our response time to all new problems and improve our overall service to our customers.
